Hi,
I'm trying to make a multiplayer game where around 6 people can enter a room and play against each other and I want to use Gamesparks but I saw in the documentation that I can not use it after Feb 2019, is this true? Or do I have to do something else to use this feature?

I believe you need an enterprise account. However, GameSparks is a mostly dead product. Their sales team does not respond to inquiries about enterprise accounts. I would move your game to PlayFab or ChilliConnect.
