GS_Player_Disconnects doesn't ever occur

I've added some code (and a script log) to the GS_Player_Disconnects cloud code but it doesn't get fired when a player leaves. I see that when a player disconnects there is something called Scheduled-GS_Player_Disconnects that fires, but that has no cloud code reference so I'm not sure if this has changed since the documentation or if there is another way to add code to this new event?

I've waited after the player disconnects, I've tried sending a GS.Disconnect call from within Unity and this event never shows up in the gamesparks analytics stream log.

Sorry for posting this twice but I've been waiting for a week for a reply and it's causing problems in our game not to have this working.
