C++ SDK implementation in Godot- stuck on easywsclient connecting

  The log shows

easywsclient: connecting: port=443 path=/ws/device/d368799M5bgg
[GameSparks] Initialized

  and that's it... It just HANGS there.  Can someone point me in the right direction? I'd be happy to include more code for context but I do not know what is necessary.
