Changing tick rate using Cloud code

  Hi, I saw on the tutorial that using cloud code, you can alter the tick rate of the server, thus increasing performance of the game. However, I cannot find a detailed tutorial about that. Moreover, while following the tutorial of clock syncning, I found out that my game currently has a very high latency of 77ms even though the only things in the scene are two players and 1 platform for them to stand on. Please advise, Im looking forward to hearing from you guys
