I'm 99% sure you guys are using FreshDesk for your support tickets. I wonder if it's possible to port something similar to a GameSparks module to use our own FreshDesk within yours?

Freshdesk have a REST API which you can find here. You would be able to use SparkHttp to make use of this if required.
