Hello all, we are using Unreal Engine 4 and some packets are not transferred with people who have Carrier Grade Nat on their IPs. For example the player can see everyone's rotation, movement etc. but don't receive and send damage,health,kill/death etc.
When the troubled player has switched to static IP, however, the problem solved. But it's not a practical thing to make thousands of people change their way of getting IPs and make them pay extra to their ISPs just to play our game correctly. We are sure that this problem can be experienced on people who has CGNat only.
We believe this issue can be dealth with Gamesparks but we didn't receive any replies to our tickets yet. Does anyone experienced issues with CGNat before?
