I want my user's display name to be his Facebook account's name once he logins to GameSparks using Facebook.
What does the syncDisplayName property do exactly. The documentation isn't particularly helpful:
"Indicates that the associated players displayName should be kept in syn with this profile when it's updated by the external provider."
1) What's the difference between "player" and "profile".
2) Is the external provider GameSparks or Facebook?
3) What does "keep in syn[c]" mean?
Thanks

Hi Vincent,
Using syncDisplayName set to true will keep the displayName on GameSparks synced with the Facebook name if it ever changes. The external provider is Facebook here. If you have any other questions just let us know.
If the player changes his name in Facebook, gamesparks makes sure to sync it with the displayName. ( i think they do it if the player logs in with facebook, they do the check if they have to sync)
