Unreal Engine 4.14 Out

I guess that the current version is not compatible? Can someone confirm this? And any estimate for the availability for SDK UE 4.14 build? Thanks!

Oh yes, that's very bad.

We'll fix it, thanks for the heads up Laura.

Omar

We're just finalising the testing of the 4.14 compatible version.

We plan to have it out this week.

Hey Laura,

New SDK is out, it is compatible with 4.14.

Cheers,

Omar

Thank you, upgrade went very smooth.

However, there may be an issue with the "set string" node. Stopped working it seems.

Which 'set string' node, Laura?

Cheers,

Omar

The default one, i have a post in moderation btw.

But i actually mean the get string node (sorry)

Can you send me a screen shot or case scenario for me to try to reproduce this, please?

Cheers,

Omar

Problem fixed Laura, thanks for the heads up. Download the new SDK from the bitbucket and you'll have no problems!

Omar

Thank you Omar, the issues has been resolved! Was just a weired since updating Unreal and Gamespark at the same time, so was not entirely sure if this was indeed related to GS, or if it was a user error :) Cheers!

I am not sure sorry, we currently try to figure this out, this topic may be related (also possibly a UE 4.14 issue, or a change of how variables are obtained) https://forums.unrealengine.com/showthread.php?129090-BP-Interfaces-not-working-with-Widget-Blueprints-No-Answers-on-the-Hub-(&p=625836#post625836

Output shows a ":" within the data dump variables, i think this is new? Only affects Strings it seems.
