Is there a way to know if a client received a message sent with SparkMessage.Send() ?
A best practice for that ?

Messages would be picked up by listeners in the SDK you are using for your platform. There are some examples if you refer to the getting started for the SDK you are using.
Just updating this thread as it is being dealt with in the ticketing system, I'll post the outcome of the ticket here when it it is closed.
