I tried to find a couple of players through admin panel through ID and Display Name. Nothing comes up. I tried NoSQL, and no result. I've tried changing the snapshot too, still doesn't see them. Does anyone know how to query players that are in live version?

Hi Nipitpon,
I can see the players in the current Live snapshot of your published game in NoSql without issue. In the Manage Screen you need to publish an Admin snapshot to be able to see the live data in the Admin Screens located there. Once you do that you won't get the "Form configuration not available on live" error when clicking into these screens.
Thanks,
Liam
