INVALID leaderboardShortCode

 Hi,

I have a doubt. In the Test Harnes, when I try to check LeaderboardDataRequest I get the following error: "leaderboardShortCode": "INVALID". This happens when the leaderboard is set to Calculate(Day/Week/Month) or to Reset(Day/Week/Month), it works fine when it is set to Real Time.
I get that one cannot acces a leaderboard that is set to Calculate, because the leaderboard is not yet been calculated, but shouldn't one be able to access it when it is set to Reset?
Thank you!

Hi Liam,
It works fine now. I changed the leaderboard's name and I think that affected the request. I just refreshed the Test Harnes and it works fine.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.
Thank you very much!

Hi Javier,

Can you let me know what game this is in and I'll take a look for you ? Also what is the Leaderboard shortCode you are trying to use in the request ?

Thanks,

Liam

I have the same problem. If I put the leaderboard schedule equal Reset weekly, the answer of the query "ListLeaderboardsRequest" does not contain this leaderboard. But if i change schedule to Real-time, the response will return this leaderboard.

Now change the schedule to Real-time:

Hi Andrey,

When a leaderboard is scheduled, i.e set up to Reset Daily/Weekly/Monthly or Calculate Daily/Weekly/Monthly, a snapshot is created for those leaderboards for that particular day/week/month. For Calculate leaderboards the snapshot will be created on calculation at the end of the day/week/month. If we take your Leaderboard "WIN_LEADERBOARD" as an example here, when set to Real Time is shortCode to retrieve entries is simply "WIN_LEADERBOARD". If you were to set it to Reset Daily it wouldn't exist as "WIN_LEADERBOARD", it would exist in snapshot form for each day. So todays Reset Daily leaderboard would be accessed with the shortCode "WIN_LEADERBOARD.SCHEDULED.2016-06-16". Does that make sense ? If you navigate to the Manage screen in the portal and click on Leaderboards you'll be able to access the leaderboards and see the snapshots of the ones you have scheduled to Reset. If you have any further questions just let me know.

Thanks,

Liam
