Please anybody in Gamesparks. I have ticket (#1728) about live server connection in support, but from the last couple of hours ago there's no update about the issues. We've released our game and it's hurting our rating right now. Many people cannot connect to the game because of this issue. We also should have activated paid service, and we thought the support should be 24 hours. Is there anyone in support right now?
